Who is the Course For?

Our Equine Kinesiology Taping Course accredited with IRVAP (Institute of Registered Veterinary Animal Physiotherapists) offers an invaluable opportunity for experienced equine manual therapists seeking to deepen their expertise in this therapeutic technique. Proven to complement various therapeutic modalities, kinesiology taping can effectively address muscular tension, enhance muscle tone and circulation, aid in injury rehabilitation, and serve other essential purposes that contribute to horses' optimal performance.

It is also useful for experienced and competent horse owners who wish to take their equine skills to another level enabling them to apply the tape to their own horses.

Myofascial release to assist the release and realignment of fascia throughout the horse’s body and also scar tissue taping.  It is recommended to take our Advanced Equine Myofascial Release & Kinetic Chains course beforehand, as it may provide valuable knowledge and enhance your understanding of some of the subject matter.

Part 3 is dedicated to lymphatic drainage techniques and tapings specifically designed to aid with lymphatic conditions and hematomas. It is recommended to take our Equine Manual Lymphatic Drainage course beforehand, as it may provide valuable knowledge and enhance your understanding of the subject matter.  In addition,  this part of the training covers distal limb tapings for fetlock and tendons and ligament support and also for foals with ALD (angular limb deformities).  Nerve pain relief tapings is also included and it is recommended to complete our Exploring Equine Neurology course for a deeper understanding.
